Write to [email protected] with the trip, date, number of travelers and room type. We hold the seat for 72 hours and reply with flight options if you want them.
A $300 deposit per person confirms your booking, by card or bank transfer. Day tours are paid in full. The balance of multi-day trips is due 60 days before departure.
Three weeks before the trip you receive the motel list, the meeting point, your road captain's phone number and a packing list for the season.
Every trip

Route 66 runs one way, so most trips start in one city and end in another. Every trip can be booked without flights. If you would like us to book them, each trip page shows the economy price into the start city and home from the end city, per person with taxes, from the cities priced on the trip page; the others add the amounts listed here. We hold fares for 72 hours with your seat.
Paying
$300 per person when you book a multi-day trip. If you cancel 60 days or more before departure, we refund it minus $150.
Due 60 days before departure. If you book later, the full price is due at booking. Day tours are always paid in full.
One free change to another date of the same trip up to 45 days before departure.
We strongly recommend travel insurance with cancellation cover, bought soon after you pay the deposit.
